The Fire Works is a small, independent, family-run business based in North Devon. We proudly serve the wider area including Exmoor and North Cornwall. With years of experience, we specialise in the installation of wood burners, multi-fuel stoves, and open fires—offering a complete, start-to-finish service that includes design, installation, and finishing.

In addition to stove installation, we now offer a range of specialist chimney and inspection services:

  • CCTV Flue & Chimney Inspections

  • Drone Surveys for external chimney and roof inspections

We’re HETAS-qualified (since 2009) and bring extensive general building expertise to every project. This means we can handle the unexpected with ease—especially when dealing with the quirks of older properties and chimneys.

What sets us apart is our personal approach. You won’t deal with sales reps—I personally visit every job, provide honest advice and a clear quote, and carry out the work myself. This ensures a high standard and a service you can trust.
